Overnight Oats

Wake up to a nutritious breakfast that is ready to go.

Spend 5 mins the night before to feel spoilt in the morning.


  • 1 1/2 cups Oats (rolled)

  • 1 1/2 cups Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)

  • 2 tbsps Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsps Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Water


  • Add the oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and water in a large container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

  • Enjoy hot or cold the next day with your favourite topping.

NOTE: will last up to 4 days in the fridge! Thats 4 days that your not making breakfast ;-)
