Overnight Oats
Wake up to a nutritious breakfast that is ready to go.
Spend 5 mins the night before to feel spoilt in the morning.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Oats (rolled)
1 1/2 cups Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)
2 tbsps Chia Seeds
2 tbsps Maple Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Water
Method
Add the oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and water in a large container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
Enjoy hot or cold the next day with your favourite topping.
NOTE: will last up to 4 days in the fridge! Thats 4 days that your not making breakfast ;-)
