Homemade Dark Chocolate

Nutritious and delicious


150 gm cocoa butter 100 gm coconut oil 1 1/2 cups cacao powder (makes dark chocolate) Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup or rice malt syrup) Tasty bits (dried fruit, nuts, puffed rice or frozen berries) 

Method Pop everything except the tasty bits in a heat proof bowl and melt over boiling water. Take care not to over heat the chocolate as you will lose some of the health benefits, it should be just melted. Place tasty bits in a tray and pour your melted chocolate over the top xx Pop in the fridge to set.
